Alexandra Road Dental Practice

I have been going to Alexandra road dental practice for over 7 years now, after being recommended by a friend, and during that time I have built up a rapport with both Dr Hunjan and all the staff that work there. It is a very relaxed atmosphere in the practice so when Iarrive there, whoever is on reception, usually Sarah, there is always a pleasant reception awaiting, like a home away from home. I always feel more than just a patient and feel so comfortable in the practice that I usually have a coffee and a chat with the girls on reception after my appointment. the girls are friendly and Sarah is always helpful, being one step ahead and answering my questions before I've even asked them!

I've had a large amount of treatment done and I have always been told what's going to happen, how its going to be done and the cost of a ll the treatment. One of the nicest things about Dr Hunjan's practice is the choice of treatments that he gives, from the best quality products to the best value for money products. He will not bully you into treatment or buying goods that you do not want. he will advise you what he thinks is best for you, but it is your choice, and this type of service only comes with both experience and being able to communicate correctly. As a successful businessman, I understand the importance of good customer service and how it can make your business flourish. there seems to be a distinct lack of customer service in the country at present and it's refreshing to go somewhere where I know my welfare, comfort and overall customer service experience is a priority.

It's a very welcoming practice- relaxing, comfortable and everything always looks clean and smells fresh- and not that 'dentist smell' you normally get!

On one occasion I had mentioned that I liked gardening and after my treatment was finished I received some gardening vouchers and a thank you card. It was a very present surprise and something unexpected from a dental practice. I would recommend Alexandra road dental practice to any of my friends and family.

The surgery is clean, comfortable and is continually being updated and improved. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and professional delivering an overall experience, which is of the highest calibre and one that I have come to expext from this excellent practice. During my course of treatment the options were always explained and discussed with me and I was kept informed at all times about what was happening and what was likely to happen. It was only after my course of treatment was completed and I enjoyed my new found confidence that I realised how conscious I have been of visible fillings and discolouration of my teeth.
